The Possibility of Fireflies

This book is about a girl around the age of 14 and she doesn't have that great of a life. She moves all the time. Her mom is an alcoholic, and is hardly ever home. Her mom usually come in around 1a.m. in the morning after she goes on her dates.  The girl's parents got divorced when she was really young. She has an older sister who used to help her and take care of the family because the mother is incapable but lately she hasn't really been helping and she has been getting into trouble. This story is about a hard time in this girl's life and how she lives through it and what she does about it. It's a sad book but really good and i highly recommend it. This book also got recommended to me by a friend, who also loved it. :D
