The Old Willis Place

The first book I read this year was called The Old Willis Place. It was recommended  to me by a friend who said it was a really good book! And she was right! When I was carrying my book in the hallway everyone who had read the book said it was really good! It's about two children who live at the farm of the Old Willis Place. The Old Willis Place has caretakers that take care of the house and make sure that nothing goes wrong. The kids, a girl and a boy, play tricks on the caretakers. Something happened to them long ago but I can't tell you what that is because it would give the story away! You definitely should read this book because it's amazing! Oh, and I forgot to tell you. It's a ghost story! :)
